Can growth hormone boost recovery in elderly brain injury patients?

Summary
This study tests if giving growth hormone to elderly patients (60+) with moderate to severe brain injury and low protein levels helps them recover. 160 participants will either get standard care or standard care plus growth hormone. The main goal is to see if it raises blood protein levels within two weeks.
