Summary
This study tests whether a new type of group therapy, called Cognitive Evolutionary Therapy, can help reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. 64 adults with mild to severe depressive symptoms will either receive two 8-hour therapy sessions over two days or be placed on a waitlist. The goal is to see if this short, intensive approach improves mood and well-being.
