Summary

This study looks at whether a simple hand-squeezing exercise can safely lower blood pressure and boost brain function in pregnant women with and without chronic high blood pressure. Researchers will measure blood pressure and cognitive responses in 30 pregnant volunteers. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to manage hypertension during pregnancy.
