Summary
This study looks at how remembering a loved one affects young adults' heart health. Researchers want to see if a short self-affirmation exercise (thinking about your values) can help calm heart rate and blood pressure during and after recalling a painful memory. The study involves 140 grieving young adults and aims to understand the link between grief severity and stress.
