First seen Nov 12, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding green tea and quercetin (natural supplements) to standard chemotherapy (docetaxel) helps men with advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy. About 99 participants will receive either the supplements or a placebo alongside chemo. Researchers will measure PSA levels and tumor changes to see if the combination is safe and more effective.
