Summary
This study is testing whether a new prebiotic fiber blend is safe and well-tolerated in healthy adults. About 90 people aged 18 to 60 with a normal weight will take either a low dose, high dose, or a placebo powder daily for 30 days. Researchers will track stomach issues, gut bacteria changes, and overall health through questionnaires and blood, urine, and stool samples.
