Summary
This study tested whether a grape seed extract can improve blood pressure and circulation in healthy adults with slightly high blood pressure (prehypertension). Thirty-five participants took the extract or a placebo for 4 weeks, then switched after a 3-week break. The goal was to see if the extract could help manage early signs of high blood pressure.
