New combo therapy targets tough lung cancer gene

Summary
This study tests a new drug combination (goselasib plus other drugs) as a first treatment for people with advanced or spreading non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific gene change called KRAS G12C. About 69 adults who have not had prior treatment for their advanced cancer will take part. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors and how long the effect lasts.
