New stent study aims to open blocked veins and heal leg ulcers

Summary
This study tests a special stent (a small mesh tube) placed in veins to treat blockages, narrowing, or leg ulcers caused by poor blood flow. About 150 adults will receive the stent and be followed to see if it keeps the vein open and safe. The goal is to improve blood flow and reduce symptoms without needing lifelong medication.
