Summary

This study is checking how safe and effective a special device (GORE TAG Thoracic Branch Endoprosthesis) is for treating serious problems in the main artery of the chest, such as aneurysms, tears, or injury. About 200 people in Japan who need this device will be followed to see if the procedure works well and to watch for complications. The goal is to confirm the device works as expected in real-world use.
