First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at children with primary congenital glaucoma, a rare eye disease that can cause blindness. Researchers will compare three different amounts of a surgery called goniotomy (120°, 240°, or 360°) to see which works best and is safest. The goal is to lower eye pressure and protect vision, but children may still need eye drops or more treatment later.
