Summary
This study looked at whether a type of physical therapy called gong mobilization, with or without a back adjustment, can reduce pain and improve movement in people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). 36 adults aged 40-60 with stage 2 frozen shoulder took part. The goal was to see if these hands-on techniques could help ease symptoms and disability.
