First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining the drug golidocitinib with either mitoxantrone liposome or chidamide can safely shrink tumors in people with peripheral T-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior therapy. About 101 adults will receive one of the combinations. The goal is to see how many patients achieve remission and to find the best dose with the fewest side effects.
