New study tests After-School club to fight teen obesity

Summary
This study tests a 4-month program called GOAL for 5th-8th graders. It includes an after-school club, parent meetings, and a website to help teens be more active and eat healthier. The goal is to reduce body fat and improve heart health. About 935 teens and their parents from Michigan schools are taking part.
