Experimental Four-Target antibody enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat cancers
NCT ID NCT04794972
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new experimental antibody called GNC-039 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have returned or spread despite standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for side effects in about 60 participants with recurrent brain tumors or other metastatic cancers. Researchers will monitor how the body processes the drug and look for any early signs that it might help shrink tumors.
