Summary
This study tests a supplement made from a compound found in broccoli (glucoraphanin) in 300 people with Parkinson's disease, relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis, or certain childhood nerve and muscle diseases. The goal is to see if it can protect the brain and slow disease progression. Participants will take the supplement and be monitored with brain scans, thinking tests, and quality-of-life questionnaires.
