Summary
This study looked at how a natural gut hormone called GLP-1 affects bone turnover in 12 healthy adults. Participants received either GLP-1 or a placebo for three days. The goal was to see if GLP-1 changes bone formation and breakdown markers. This is early-stage research to better understand bone metabolism.
