First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding two targeted drugs (glofitamab and polatuzumab) to standard chemotherapy (R-CHP) can improve outcomes for people with high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. About 41 adults who have not been treated before will receive the combination. The main goal is to see how many achieve a complete response, while also monitoring side effects.
