First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, glofitamab and lenalidomide, in 43 adults with a type of blood cancer called mantle cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment, especially after a BTK inhibitor stopped working. Participants receive glofitamab through an IV and take lenalidomide pills at home. The goal is to see how many patients achieve a complete or partial response by the end of treatment.
