Promising combo tackles tough lymphoma in early trial

Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (glofitamab, venetoclax, and zanubrutinib) in people with a fast-growing type of lymphoma called mantle cell lymphoma. It includes patients whose cancer has come back or not responded to treatment, as well as newly diagnosed patients with very high-risk features. The goal is to see if the combination can keep the cancer from growing for at least a year. About 100 adults will take part across three groups.
