Summary
This study is tracking about 5000 people with high blood pressure who have a procedure called renal denervation, which uses energy to calm overactive kidney nerves. The goal is to see how safe and effective the procedure is over 1 to 5 years in real-world settings. Participants must be suitable candidates for the procedure and agree to follow-up visits.
