World's largest alcohol study aims to curb binge drinking in 12 cities

Summary
This study looks at whether a set of community programs can reduce alcohol-related harms like drunk driving, binge drinking, and underage drinking. Researchers will compare six cities that get these programs to six similar cities that do not. About 36,000 people aged 12 and older will take part. The goal is to see if these programs make drinking safer and reduce injuries and deaths.
