Summary
This study tests an experimental eye drop called GLK-221 for people with keratoconus, a condition where the cornea thins and bulges outward, blurring vision. The trial will enroll 100 adults aged 18 to 55 and compare the eye drop to a placebo over several months. The main goal is to see if the drops can safely flatten the cornea and improve vision.
