Summary
This study looks at the long-term safety and effectiveness of a drug called glepaglutide for adults with short bowel syndrome, a condition where the body can't absorb enough nutrients from food. Participants who completed a previous trial will receive weekly injections for about 2 years. The goal is to see if the drug remains safe and helps control the disease over time.
