New hope for hard-to-treat lung cancer: drug duo targets KRAS mutation

Summary

This study tests two drugs, Glecirasib and Ivonescimab, for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific gene change called KRAS G12C and a protein called PD-L1. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. About 42 adults who have not had prior treatment for their advanced cancer will take part.
