Summary
This study tested two tools—interdental brushes and rubber bristle cleaners—in 40 adults with gingivitis (early gum disease). The goal was to see which one removes more plaque and reduces gum bleeding better. Participants used one of the two tools, and researchers measured plaque and bleeding levels. The study also asked people how they felt about using each tool.
