Summary

This early-phase study tests a new cell therapy called GI001 in 9 adults with B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma that has come back or not responded to treatment. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and kill cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose, while also seeing if it shrinks tumors. Participants will be monitored closely in the hospital for at least two weeks after treatment.
