Summary
This study watches about 185 people with anorexia or bulimia during a multi-week hospital program to help them regain weight. Researchers track stomach and bowel symptoms weekly and see if these symptoms change differently depending on whether the person follows a flexitarian, vegetarian, or vegan diet. The goal is to learn which eating patterns might make the recovery process more comfortable.
