Summary
This study tests two different medicines given at the end of colorectal surgery to reverse muscle relaxants. The goal is to see which one helps the bowel start working again sooner. 560 adults having planned colorectal surgery will be randomly assigned to receive either sugammadex or a combination of neostigmine and atropine. The main measure is whether bowel function returns within 72 hours after surgery.
