Summary
This study looked at whether a supplement called geranylgeraniol (GG) can increase testosterone levels in healthy men and women aged 40 to 65. Researchers measured total and free testosterone in 34 participants over 18 weeks using a crossover design. The goal was to see if GG could improve hormone levels and self-reported health in a generally healthy group.
