Extra care for frail seniors battling lymphoma: can it improve their lives?
NCT ID NCT07476105
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a geriatric support plan to standard cancer treatment improves life quality for frail elderly patients with aggressive lymphoma. It will compare two groups: one receiving standard chemoimmunotherapy alone, and another receiving the same treatment plus a proactive plan addressing nutrition, function, and other age-related needs. The main goal is to see if this integrated approach helps patients feel better and better tolerate their cancer treatment.
