Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app called GERDCare can help people with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) take their medication and follow lifestyle advice more consistently. About 380 adults with typical GERD symptoms will use the app or receive standard care for four weeks. The app provides reminders, symptom tracking, and educational resources to support daily management.
