Gentle touch therapy offers hope for breast Cancer-Related arm swelling

Summary
This study tests a special massage technique called 'Gentle Touch' to see if it can reduce arm swelling in women who developed lymphedema after breast cancer surgery. Thirty-six women aged 30 to 75 will receive either Gentle Touch or a control treatment alongside their usual care over 5 weeks. The goal is to measure changes in arm volume and quality of life.
