Summary
This study tests a new medicine called GenSci134 in 128 children with idiopathic short stature (short height with no known cause). The goal is to see if it safely helps them grow taller compared to a standard growth hormone treatment. The study has two parts: first, a single dose to check safety, then multiple doses over 24 weeks to measure growth rate.
