Summary

This study tests a new drug called GenSci120 in 450 adults with moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis who haven't improved with standard treatments. Participants receive either GenSci120, an existing drug (adalimumab), or a placebo for 14 weeks, followed by an extension period. The main goal is to see if GenSci120 reduces joint pain and swelling better than placebo.
