NCT ID NCT07425171

First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at how safe and effective a special balloon coated with paclitaxel (GENOSS PCB) is for people with long blockages in their leg arteries. About 300 adults with severe leg pain or early tissue damage will be treated and followed for one year. The goal is to see if the balloon helps keep the artery open and reduces the need for repeat procedures.
