Summary
This study aims to find new genetic causes of primary immunodeficiency, a condition where the immune system doesn't work properly, leading to frequent or severe infections. Researchers will compare the genes of 500 people with suspected immunodeficiency, their relatives, and healthy volunteers. The goal is to better understand the disease and improve diagnosis.
