First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study collects blood and tissue samples from 400 people with brain aneurysms (some ruptured, some not) and 200 healthy volunteers. Researchers will analyze the participants' genes to find variations linked to a higher risk of aneurysm rupture. The goal is to create a tool that combines genetic and clinical information to better predict rupture risk in the future.
