One-Shot gene therapy aims to free patients from frequent bleeds

Summary
This study is testing a single injection of an experimental gene therapy called GS1191-0445 in Chinese men with Hemophilia A. The goal is to see if the therapy can help the liver produce its own clotting factor (Factor VIII), which could significantly reduce the number of bleeding episodes. Researchers will monitor participants for five years to check how well it works and how safe it is.
