Gene therapy shot aims to lower eye pressure in glaucoma

Summary
This study tests a new gene therapy called GVB-2001 for people with primary open-angle glaucoma, a common eye disease that can lead to vision loss. The treatment is given as a single injection into the eye to help lower high pressure inside the eye. About 6 adults aged 18 to 75 will receive either a low or high dose to see if it is safe and works. The goal is to find the best dose for future studies.
