Summary
This study tests a gene therapy given to the second eye of people with X-linked retinitis pigmentosa, a genetic condition that causes vision loss. The therapy uses a harmless virus to deliver a working gene to the retina. Researchers will check safety and whether it improves vision in 24 adults and children who already received treatment in one eye.
