Summary

This study in Togo and Pakistan tests whether community programs that encourage men to share childcare and household tasks can improve gender equality and increase vaccination rates for children under 12 months. About 448 caregivers will receive household visits, group discussions, and community messaging, while others will not. Researchers will compare the two groups to see if the intervention leads to fairer sharing of chores and more timely immunizations.
