Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new antibody drug called GEN3018 in people whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or higher-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) has returned or stopped responding to treatment. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose for future studies. Up to 78 participants will receive the drug, and the study lasts about one year with regular check-ups.
