First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This trial tested a new antibody drug called GEN1055, alone or with pembrolizumab (and sometimes chemotherapy), in 21 adults with advanced solid tumors. The goal was to check safety and find the best dose, and to see if the drug could shrink tumors. The study was stopped early, but the results help researchers understand how this treatment might work for future patients.
