Summary
This study tests whether generative AI can support people who are already in therapy for anxiety or depression. Researchers will enroll 204 adults who are currently seeing a therapist. Participants will use AI tools alongside their regular sessions to see if it helps reduce symptoms. The goal is to find new ways to improve mental health care.
