Summary

This early-stage trial is testing whether two oral drugs, GEN-725 and Dositinib, can safely shrink tumors in people with advanced EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer. About 110 participants will receive the combination daily until their disease worsens or side effects become too severe. The study focuses on safety and how well the drugs work against the cancer.
