Summary
This study is testing whether a special gel helps treat gum disease when used alongside standard cleaning. It will compare how well the gum pockets heal in people with type 2 diabetes versus people without diabetes. The goal is to see if this gel treatment can improve gum health and keep it stable over time for everyone, including those with diabetes.
