Summary

This study tests a combination of the drug Gecacitinib and steroids as a first treatment for acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD), a serious complication after a stem cell transplant. About 25 adults who have already received a transplant and developed moderate to severe aGVHD will take the combination for at least 28 days. The goal is to see how many patients achieve a complete or partial response by day 28.
