Summary
This study tested whether women with different types of gestational diabetes respond differently to meals with varying amounts of carbs, protein, and fat. Nineteen pregnant women with gestational diabetes wore a continuous glucose monitor and ate two different test meals. The goal was to see if personalized nutrition could improve blood sugar control.
