Summary
This early-phase study tested the safety of a new drug called GDC-1971 when given with either osimertinib (for lung cancer) or cetuximab (for colorectal cancer). It involved 10 adults with advanced cancer that had spread or couldn't be removed. The main goal was to check for side effects and find the right dose.
